Tax forms

The library has free federal tax forms and booklets available. Note: Not all forms have arrived yet.

Staff can help you print out any forms you might need from the IRS website. Printing costs are $.10 per page.

The State of Oklahoma DID NOT provide the library with state tax forms or booklets.

For those seeking assistance filing their taxes, the library suggests you contact Community Action at 405-262-7042. For qualified filers, they will offer free assistance in their office located at 203 N. Bickford.
